**1. General Information**
The seller is Tomasz Bieniek, an individual artist selling original works of art (paintings on canvas) under copyright law.

**2. Right of Withdrawal**
Pursuant to Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, and in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

All paintings offered in this store are unique, original works of art and are therefore exempt from the standard right of return.

**3. Complaints Regarding Shipment Damage**
Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer should inspect its condition. If damage caused during transport is found, it is recommended to promptly document the damaged packaging and artwork with photographs and send them to: bieniekto@gmail.com.

Prompt reporting facilitates claims against the carrier, but does not limit or exclude the Buyer's rights under applicable law.

**4. Copyright**
The purchase of a painting does not transfer copyright to the buyer. The buyer receives the right to own and display the artwork. All reproduction rights remain with the artist – Tomasz Bieniek.

**5. Refunds**
In the event of an accepted complaint, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork or confirming the damage claim. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
