Shipping policy

**1. Packaging**
Each painting is carefully secured for transport to ensure safe delivery. Depending on the size of the artwork and the destination country, paintings are shipped:

* rolled in a professional protective tube, or
* stretched on a frame, in appropriately secured cardboard packaging.

The packaging and shipping method is selected individually, taking into account the delivery location and transport safety.

**2. Processing Time**
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days of payment confirmation.

**3. Shipping Destinations**
We ship worldwide:

* free worldwide shipping in a professional protective tube
* within the European Union, paintings may be delivered free of charge on a stretcher frame
* for all other countries, stretched canvas shipping is quoted individually before payment

**4. Delivery Times**
Poland: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

**5. Tracking**
A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

**6. Customs & Duties**
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

**7. Damaged Shipments**
If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at bieniekto@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
