1. Packaging Every painting is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Paintings are shipped rolled in a protective tube or framed, depending on the artwork. The packaging method is specified in each product listing.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3–10 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

4. Delivery Times

• Poland: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 5–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

5. Tracking A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

6. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Damaged Shipments If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at bieniekto@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
