TERMS OF SERVICE tomekbieniek.com

1. General These Terms of Service govern the purchase of original artworks from tomekbieniek.com, operated by Tomasz Bieniek, ul. Międzynarodowa 47/70, 03-922 Warsaw, Poland (bieniekto@gmail.com).

2. Products All works offered are unique, original paintings on canvas created by Tomasz Bieniek. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork protected by copyright law. The medium (e.g. oil, acrylic, mixed media) is specified individually in each product listing.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Prices are shown in the store currency and include applicable taxes where required.

4. Shipping Paintings are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–10 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times vary by destination. Tracking information will be provided by email.

5. Copyright The purchase of a painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. All intellectual property rights, including reproduction rights, remain exclusively with the artist Tomasz Bieniek.

6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
